Gill’s Puddings is a family owned company based in the historic town of Market Drayton, Shropshire. Run by husband and wife team Kim and Gill Smith, the company began in 1996 and today serves chefs and buyers in the foodservice sector on a nationwide basis. Gill’s Puddings creates the finest hand crafted desserts using locally sourced ingredients and the company has won many awards, winning the Heart of England Diamond Award for desserts for both 2008 and 2009.
